My father is responsible for the discovery of my love for fishing. He took me fishing every chance he could and my most cherished memories are those of my Dad patiently untangling my messes while I fished with his rod and reel. At twelve years of age, I realized that I wanted to be a professional bass fisherman. Almost every day after school, I would fish ponds around the neighborhood. During my school years, I studied the habits of bass and professional anglers as much or more than my school work.

I plan to fish competitively as long as the good Lord allows me too. I will fish up the ranks from the BFL to the Stren Series or Bass Opens and once I can fish full time, I hope to fish the FLW tour.
