At the age of 5 my grandfather took me on my first fishing trip. That same fall my dad took me duck hunting for the first time. I discovered early on that I had a passion for both sports. I not only enjoy the sports but am also very competitive and bass fishing allows me to feed that competitive spirit. For the last 45 years I've spent as many hours as possible either hunting or fishing or both. I joined a Bass Club in 1983 and have fished Bass tournaments every year since. I've been married for 26 years, and have two daughters living at college. At the age of 50 I've been blessed with some of the best hunting, fishing, and family any man could wish for. I am looking forward to the beginning of another fishing season and continued success with Vertical Lures.
