My name is Charles Sipe and I live in Fuquay-Varina, NC. I am originally from Hickory, NC and I used to fish the Catawba River chain (Lake Hickory, Lake Norman and Lake Wylie) every chance I could. I fished B.A.S.S. Federation tournaments and also the Red Man trail, but then my wife Gerri-Ann who I have been married to for 26 years and I had our first child Amy and I stopped traveling far to chase my dream of being a pro bass angler because I saw the importance of family. I still fished a lot but then Gerri-Ann and I had our second child Charlie and I slowed down a lot. I fished one or two tournaments here or there. So when he was about 10 he started looking through my fishing gear and he wanted to go fishing so badly. We went and had so much fun that I got back into the great sport of bass fishing. I have made my son my fishing partner in the various team tournaments we have fished.
