I have centered my life around the outdoors. It has become a way of life, from fishing bass tournaments to shooting ducks over a marsh to hiking to a mountain top.

At a early age I was very impressed with Bill Dance, Jimmy Houston and many more fisherman. I spent my Saturday morning in front of TNN. I knew that was my calling.

Many of our family vacations centered around hauling an RV across the country to every imaginable watering hole. I got to fish for just about every species of fish in North America.

After college I debated on being a guide on Lake Fork and tournament fishing or should sticking to a normal paying job and concentrate on my tournament fishing. I decided to concentrate my effort towards professional tournament fishing and my true love of the sport.

The last few years has been so great and already I feel blessed just to compete against many of the nations best anglers. I look forward to many more years of the tournaments and if all things go accordingly you'll be seeing me on TV Saturday mornings.
